I created and named a new disk image within LimboĢ. This is how I made it work for me, at least with with the x86 version of Limbo:ġ. It gives me the same directory error message you get (and from my testing, all versions of Limbo produce this error). From everything I've found OS X is working, but that OS is too heavy for my Chromebook compared to OS 9. Maybe it's in the settings, maybe it needs to have a PPC ROM added or maybe it's just not ready to run OS 9. Frost May REALLY want to put on his ice wave augment as frost's crowd control abilities are not really good on its own. Ice wave is a 50 energy ability that only can slow enemies, in a CONE, in front of you. I put emphasis on cone to point at the fact that its leaving you dangerously exposed in all other directions. You're looking at spending around 300-600 energy per minute with a good crowd control build to keep yourself safe and be able to use your crowd control abilities. Limbo banish everything or use cataclysm at the start, then just throw up your 2 & use rift surge. Same energy per minute requirement as frost just about except you will have energy regeneration and be far more safe. Limbo wins here if we take into account augments. Limbo does not lose much of anything from equiping his rift surge augment. Frost comes with the benefit of hitting 100% armor strip so against grineer, frost has the potential to out perform limbo in the long. With augments, Limbo's rift surge augment takes the cake here by a long shot run where corrosive's effect is no longer too effective, but against corpus and infested armor strip is not doing too much here. Both limbo n frost have ups and downs for support. Limbo may be easier to use but he's a lot more annoying to teammates than frost is at lower levels.Īs enemy levels progress though, limbo becomes more favorable. Notice how limbo's 1st ability can still be very effective no matter how long you play for, it makes his other abilities stronger even when needed in an emergency.
On frost, using his 1st ability only weakens his potential, which is made more obvious when enemy levels reach a point to where enemies start dealing heavy damage to his snow globe.
